GIANT Nutella Cookie Cake! You Won’t Believe How awesome This Looks!…

With only three ingredients: dry cookies, Nutella and yogurt, this delicious cake can be made in no time. Basically a Nutella filling between two flavors of cookies: pure enjoyment!

This cake is the perfect solution for those who are short on time but still want to make a mouthwatering and irresistible cake. In addition, it is prepared without baking and is rather quick. The ideal recipe also for those who have a lot of leftover cookies to use up.

Ingredients :

  • 320g (11.3 oz) dry cocoa cookies (chocolate biscuits)
  • 130g (4.6 oz or about 1/2 cup) plain natural yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
  • 250g (8.8 oz or about 3/4 cup) Nutella®
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, for decoration)

How to make GIANT Nutella Cookie Cake:

  1. Chop the cookies with a mixer until they are reduced to a powder. Put them in a bowl and mix them with the yogurt until you get a compact dough. (Note: The density depends on the type of cookies and yogurt you use, so you may need to adjust the quantities. Add more cookies if the mixture is too sticky, or more yogurt if it’s too compact.)
  2. Divide the dough into two parts, one slightly larger than the other. Flatten each part between two sheets of baking paper.
  3. Line a mold (about 16-18 cm or 6-7 inches in diameter) with plastic wrap. Place the larger cookie sheet on the bottom of the mold. Fill with Nutella and close with the other sheet of cookies. Seal the edges.
  4. Cover with cling film (plastic wrap) and let rest in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Then, take out the cake, dust with unsweetened cocoa powder, cut into slices, and serve.
