A cake that I make in 5 minutes is yogurt cake made with only 3 ingredients.

This cake is soft and tall and makes all my relatives and even my guests’ mouths water.
The preparation of the dough is really elementary and for no trouble there is a video recipe at the end of the page. It only takes me a few minutes and without using flour I bring to the table a cake that is no match for the more classic, cream-filled ones.

Ingredients:

Yogurt cake: just 3 ingredients and I don’t use sugar!

  1. In the bowl I pour the yogurt and work it vigorously with a hand whisk. Next I add one egg at a time and mix from time to time so that the mixture is well blended and without lumps.
  2. Once this process is completed, I add the sifted cornstarch into the dough and resume working thoroughly.
  3. When the dough is finally ready I retrieve a high-sided mold, so that the cake can grow smoothly, and line it with baking paper.
  4. At the end of this work I pour the dough into the mold and place it in the oven to bake the cake for 50 minutes at a temperature of 170 °C (340 °F).
  5. When my soft yogurt cake is ready I take it out of the oven and let it rest at room temperature for no less than 1 to 2 hours.
  6. After the specified time has elapsed, I transfer the result to a plate and decorate it with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
