How to prepare Air Fryer Roasted Chestnuts:

  1. Carve the chestnuts with a knife, soak them 30 minutes to 2 hours maximum, drain and place in the basket of the air fryer creating a single layer without overlapping the chestnuts.
  2. Set the cooking time from 15 to 20 minutes – 180 degrees (350°F). Move the basket and check the cooking, the chestnuts will be cooked when the inner fruit is well browned and the rind open.
