Yogurt Nutella Muffins: quick and easy butterless dough with lots of fresh yogurt, real delicacies to enjoy as a snack or for breakfast. Super easy, these delicious yogurt muffins with a creamy Nutella heart, you prepare them without electric whisk, you only need a spoon for the dough. They are so easy and quick to make, it really is a breeze! The soft and delicate dough enclosing a creamy, mouthwatering Nutella heart, these muffins will blow everyone’s mind!

Ingredients for Yogurt Nutella Muffins:

  • 3 eggs
  • 160g (3/4 cup) sugar
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) plain natural yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 220g (1 3/4 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 100ml (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) sunflower oil
  • 1 packet (about 16g or 4 teaspoons) baking powder
  • Nutella®, as needed

How to prepare Yogurt Nutella Muffins:

  1. Take a sheet of baking paper, place on top spaced, about 12 tablespoons of Nutella. Place in the freezer for half an hour.
  2. In a bowl put the yogurt with the sugar and work it with a spoon until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, mix well to blend them with the yogurt and sugar.
  4. Pour in the oil and mix again with the spoon, also add the vanilla extract.
  5. Now put in the sifted flour with the baking powder, with a spoon work the mixture until it is lump-free.
  6. Get the muffin cups, if you use disposable aluminum ones, you have to butter and flour the inside, if you use cara ones don’t.
  7. Fill the ramekins two-thirds full with the muffin batter, help yourself with a ladle or spoon. Take the frozen Nutella and put a dollop of Nutella in each ramekin.
  8. Quickly bake the muffins in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Once baked let them cool; when serving, you can top them with powdered sugar to taste.
