5-Minute Milk Ring Cake – Super Soft…
You won’t believe it, but this milk Ring Cake is really made in 5 minutes, without using electric whips, and it’s super fluffy!
Ingredients:
- 250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
- 125g (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons) granulated sugar
- 15g (1 tablespoon) baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 large egg
- 200ml (3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons) milk
- 90g (6 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How to make 5-Minute Milk Ring Cake:
- You will need 2 bowls for this milk donut, in one bowl put the 00 flour, sugar, baking powder and pinch of salt, then mix the powders with a hand whisk quickly.
- In the other bowl, break the egg, then add the milk and melted butter. Then add the vanilla extract and mix with the whisk.
- Finally combine the liquids with the “powders” (i.e., flour, etc.) and mix with the whisk until all lumps are removed. Grease a mold and pour in the batter and bake at 175° for about 30 minutes in a static oven. Before taking your milk Ring Cake out of the oven, check it is cooked with a toothpick.
- Let it cool well before removing it from the mold.
