  2. Season the sauce with salt to taste.
  3. Cook the sauce for about 10 minutes, allowing it to reduce well.
  4. Add the halved mozzarella balls to the sauce.
  5. Crack the eggs into the skillet, placing them carefully in the sauce.
  6. Sprinkle oregano over the eggs and sauce.
