5 Minute Chocolate Walnut Cake : You’ve never eaten such a delicious Cake…

The 5-minute chocolate and walnut cake is a mouth-watering pantry cake that is quick and easy to prepare.

It is a fluffy and particularly mouthwatering version of 5-minute cake, perfect for breakfast or snack, but also as an end to a meal, prepared using only a whisk and mixing in a precise succession the liquid ingredients to which the solid ingredients are incorporated, all in a few minutes and off to the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) vegetable oil
  • 150 ml (5.1 fl oz) milk
  • 150 g (3/4 cup) granulated sugar
  • 200 g (1 2/3 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 100 g (1 cup) shelled walnuts
  • 50 g (1/3 cup) dark chocolate chips
  • 8 g (2 tsp) baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar (for decorating)

How to prepare 5 Minute Chocolate Walnut Cake:

  1. Finely chop the walnuts in a blender.
  2. In a large bowl, put the eggs, seed oil, and milk and mix with a whisk.
  3. Add the sugar and incorporate it into the mixture.
  4. Add the flour, finely chopped walnuts, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until smooth and homogeneous.
  5. Incorporate the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the resulting mixture into a buttered and floured 24-cm (9.5-inch) cake pan.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) static heat.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
  9. Before removing from the oven, do the toothpick test. A toothpick inserted into the cake should come out dry. If not, extend the baking time a little longer.
  10. Let your chocolate and walnut cake cool completely in the cake pan for 5 minutes.
  11. Transfer the cooled cake to a serving dish or tray.
  12. Top it off with a dusting of powdered sugar.
