The strawberry, banana, and mascarpone ice cream offers several benefits, both from a nutritional and preparation standpoint. Strawberries are rich in vitamins (particularly vitamin C), antioxidants, and fiber. They can help strengthen the immune system and improve skin health.
Ingredients :
- 245 g (8.6 oz) frozen strawberries
- 160 g (5.6 oz) frozen bananas
- 150 g (5.3 oz) mascarpone cheese
How to prepare Creamy 3-Ingredient Homemade Ice Cream:
- Peel the bananas and slice them into rounds. Wash and dry the strawberries. Place the fruit in a container and freeze for about 4 hours.
- Transfer the frozen bananas and strawberries to a blender. Pulse to break them into smaller pieces. Stop and use a spatula to push the fruit towards the center of the blender.
- Add the mascarpone cheese, close the lid, and blend for 30 seconds to 1 minute until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.
- Serve the ice cream in bowls and enjoy this wonderful, fresh dessert immediately.
