  • 3 egg yolks

  • 5 drops vanilla extract (or other flavor of choice)

How to make a  Healthy & Low-Calorie Creamy Milk Dessert Recipe for Summer :

  1. First, break 2 egg yolks into a small saucepan, add the stevia sweetener (or maltitol, erythritol, or sugar), milk, and vanilla extract.
  2. Mix well with a hand whisk, turn on the stove, and stirring constantly with a spatula, thicken over low heat until you get a smooth cream.
  3. Pour the mixture into a rectangular glass baking dish, level with a spatula, cover with cling film touching the surface, close the dish with an airtight lid, and refrigerate to set for at least 2 hours.
  4. Finally, remove the milk dessert from the mold, cut it into 8 small rectangles, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush the surface with a little egg yolk, and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180°C (350°F), until golden on top.
