How to make Gluten-Free Tuna Patties: Quick and Delicious No-Bread Recipe
- Wash the potatoes, cut them, and place them in a pot filled with slightly salted water.
- Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes (depending on the size of the potatoes). They should be very soft.
- Once cooked, drain and peel the potatoes, then mash them with a potato masher. Gather them in a mixing bowl.
- Drain the tuna and add it to the potatoes. Finely chop the parsley, crush the garlic, grate the Parmesan, chop the olives, and place everything in the bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then mix everything until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Moisten your hands and take a walnut-sized amount of the mixture. Form a patty and place it on a tray. Continue this process until all ingredients are used up.
- Roll the patties in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are perfectly coated.
- Heat the oil and fry the patties until they are perfectly golden.
- Remove them from the heat, first place them on absorbent paper, then on a serving plate. Let them cool slightly before serving.
