Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and following the entry into force of EU Regulation No. 679/2016, in accordance with Article 13 of the said European Regulation, we wish to inform you of the following:

PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in processing the data arise from the need to respect and honor the contractual obligations signed between the parties. Pursuant to Article 6, the lawfulness of the processing is based on the manifestly expressed consent of the data subject documented in written form.

Mandatory or optional nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to respond:

The provision of your data is mandatory for the Data Controller to provide the requested services. In case of refusal, it will be impossible to complete the registration process, and the system owner will not be able to fulfill contractual obligations.

COMMUNICATION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, the Data Processors appointed by him/her, and the persons strictly authorized to process it. Your personal data will not be disclosed.

DATA RETENTION TIMES

Your personal data will be kept for 10 years from the end of the service provision/product supply relationship in the computer archives owned by Marco Scannapieco.

b. Cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that is not necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed.
c. Certification that the operations in letters a and b have been made known, including their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disseminated, except in situations where fulfilling this is impossible or necessitates manifestly disproportionate means to the protected right.

The data subject has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
a. On legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the collection purpose.
b. To the processing of personal data concerning him/her for sending advertising materials or for direct sales purposes or for conducting market research or commercial communication.

In particular, the data subject can request at any time from the Data Controller access to personal data and rectification or erasure of the same or restriction of processing that concerns him/her or to oppose their processing, in addition to the right to data portability. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness based on the consent given before the withdrawal and has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
