- 5.3 oz (150 g) bacon slices
- 3.5 oz (100 g) carrots
- Dried cranberries
- Soy sauce
- Sweet chili sauce
- Salt
- Paprika
- Coriander
- Oregano
How to make Bacon-Wrapped Pork Rolls:
- First, take 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg) of pork loin, cut it into fairly thick slices, and flatten them with a meat mallet.
- Season with a pinch of salt, paprika, and coriander, then place in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 10 minutes.
- Now, place a handful of grated carrots and dried cranberries on the ends of each slice of meat.
- Roll up each portion to form sausage-like rolls and wrap each one with a slice of bacon.
- Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sweet chili sauce, and some chopped oregano.
