In fact, these delicious banana sticks dipped in dark chocolate are a perfect combination of flavors and an irresistible option for those looking for a healthy yet satisfying snack.

How to Prepare Banana stick:

  1. Cut a banana in half, then cut out sticks of similar size with the help of a knife and set aside.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave until completely melted.
  3. NB. Place the melted chocolate inside a small bowl large enough so that the banana sticks can be easily dipped.
  4. Dip the banana sticks into the chocolate with the help of a fork so that each side is covered by the melted chocolate and place them on a drip pan (or plate) lined with baking paper.
  5. Place the banana sticks in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm. This will take about an hour.
  6. Store the banana sticks in the refrigerator until just before serving inside a small bowl or saucer.
