How to Prepare Banana stick:
- Cut a banana in half, then cut out sticks of similar size with the help of a knife and set aside.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave until completely melted.
- NB. Place the melted chocolate inside a small bowl large enough so that the banana sticks can be easily dipped.
- Dip the banana sticks into the chocolate with the help of a fork so that each side is covered by the melted chocolate and place them on a drip pan (or plate) lined with baking paper.
- Place the banana sticks in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm. This will take about an hour.
- Store the banana sticks in the refrigerator until just before serving inside a small bowl or saucer.
