- 2 chicken breasts
- 14 oz (400g) shell pasta
- 1 white onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- Tomato sauce
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Paprika
- Herbs de Provence
- Grated mozzarella cheese
How to make Chicken Lasagna:
- First, take 2 chicken breasts, cut them finely, and put them in a food processor.
- Add finely chopped onion, red bell pepper, two minced garlic cloves, and half a teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Blend the mixture and transfer it to a bowl. Use this mixture to fill the shell pasta and arrange them in a baking dish.
