Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes: Honestly this recipe works each and every time…

Let’s start using the air fryer, then, and prepare together an appetizing side dish of potatoes with very little oil. And with a little secret that will make them super crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and quick to prepare: cook them with their skins on!

Just wash them well, without peeling them, boil them for a few minutes, cut them into chunks, season to taste, and then put them in the fryer basket. The skin in cooking will form a tasty, crispy crust and the potatoes will be even tastier. Rustic-looking, golden brown, light and above all, not greasy.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes (preferably new potatoes)
  • Olive oil (small amount)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional seasonings: rosemary, parsley, chives, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, or your favorite herbs and spices

How to make Air Fryer Potatoes:

  1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on.
  2. Boil the potatoes for a few minutes to partially cook them.
  3. Cut the partially cooked potatoes into small chunks.
  4. Season the potato chunks with a small amount of olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs or spices.
  5. Place the seasoned potato chunks in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.

Serve hot and enjoy!
