Just wash them well, without peeling them, boil them for a few minutes, cut them into chunks, season to taste, and then put them in the fryer basket. Ingredients:
- Potatoes (preferably new potatoes)
- Olive oil (small amount)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional seasonings: rosemary, parsley, chives, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, or your favorite herbs and spices
How to make Air Fryer Potatoes:
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly, leaving the skin on.
- Boil the potatoes for a few minutes to partially cook them.
- Cut the partially cooked potatoes into small chunks.
- Season the potato chunks with a small amount of olive oil, salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs or spices.
- Place the seasoned potato chunks in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
