this Delicious Homemade Savory Snack are quick and tasty, clever little savory cookies that can be prepared without weighing anything-you won’t need a scale, you’ll just use a glass! I made these mini rustics for a party with friends and they went down a storm! The saltines by the glass are crumbly, tasty and fragrant, no rising and no butter, you prepare them and bake them right away! Ingredients :
- 3 1/2 cups of plain flour (all-purpose flour)
- 2 cups of diced bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet (packet) of instant yeast for savory dishes
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Rosemary to taste

- Savory Snack are super easy and very quick to prepare, first put the eggs, milk, extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, chopped rosemary in a bowl and mix with a fork.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, flour, baking powder and form a soft, firm dough, then incorporate the diced bacon (sweet or smoked).
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface to a thickness of about half an inch and, with a small shape of your choice (or directly with a knife), cut out the Bowl .
- Arrange the Savory Snack on a baking sheet and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
