How to make Gluten-Free Apple and Blackberry Cake:
- To prepare gluten-free apple and blackberry pie, start by cleaning the apples. Cut them into four parts, core them, and finally peel them. Then cut them into thin slices, about 2-3 mm, and gradually pour them into a bowl. You will get 200 g of them.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, mix, and keep aside. Meanwhile, take care of the dough: in a bowl pour the egg and honey.
- Operate the whisks and let the egg whisk slightly, then add in sequence the almond flour, then the milk flush, and the rice flour.
- Last, add the baking powder, and when it is incorporated, turn off the whisks. Add the apples to the mixture and gently mix everything together.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered 22-cm mold and carefully level the surface with a spatula. Then arrange the blackberries filling the gaps and move on to baking.
- The gluten-free apple and blackberry pie bakes in a hot static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 45 minutes. Once baked, let it cool completely before unmolding the cake and arranging it on a serving plate. Once cooled completely, sprinkle your gluten-free apple and blackberry pie with powdered sugar if you like. The cake is ready; all you have to do is taste it!
