Grilled Pineapple with Honey and Cinnamon…

Ingredients :
- 1 pineapple
- 4 teaspoons mixed flower honey
- Ground cinnamon, to taste
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar
- Fresh mint, to taste
- Melted butter, as needed
How to Prepare Grilled Pineapple with Honey and Cinnamon:
- To make the grilled pineapple with honey and cinnamon first clean the pineapple: cut off the top cap, then with a special pineapple remover take out the central core and remove the peel with a knife.
- Slice the pineapple so that you obtain about slices 2 cm thick. Brush one side of the pineapple slices with melted butter.
- Heat a griddle and when it is hot, lay the pineapple slices with the buttered side facing down. Let them brown for a couple of minutes and in the meantime brush the side facing up with melted butter as well.
- When the pineapple slices are well grilled, flip to the other side and continue cooking for about 2 minutes more. Once the pineapple slices are well browned on both sides 10, lay them on a small serving plate and flavor them with the honey and brown sugar.
- Scent with the mint leaves and cinnamon powder. Serve your grilled pineapple slices with honey and cinnamon immediately.
