Lemon chicken nuggets, Pan-Fried Juicy & Tender…

Lemon Chicken Chunks are a tasty and flavorful second course, very easy and quick to prepare, with that note of freshness, given precisely by the lemon, which makes this preparation even more appetizing.

Lemon Chicken Chunks will be perfect if you are short on time or if you have last-minute guests and, to accompany this delicious dish, I recommend yogurt sauce, the right touch to complete your lemon meat dish.

Ingredients :

  • 350g (12.3 oz) chicken breast
  • 30g (2 tablespoons) butter
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 clove of fresh garlic)
  • Plain flour (all-purpose flour ), as needed
  • Chopped parsley, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to make Lemon chicken nuggets:

  1. To prepare Lemon Chicken nuggets, cut the chicken breast into small pieces, collect them in a bowl, pour in 2-3 tablespoons of flour and stir to evenly coat all the pieces of meat.
  2. In a nonstick skillet, melt the butter in the oil while also adding the garlic powder or clove, peeled and crushed.
  3. Shake the chicken chunks to remove excess flour (you can also put them in the sieve to remove the flour but I prefer to shake a small piece at a time) and put them in the pan and brown them well, turning them often with a silicone spatula, or sautéing them.
  4. Pour in the lemon juice, adjusting according to your taste (I used one whole lemon), season with salt and pepper and cook again until all the liquid has completely evaporated.
  5. Before serving, adjust the salt if necessary, add chopped parsley and immediately bring these delicious Lemon Chicken nuggets to the table accompanied by a fresh salad.
