Microwave brownies are a really yummy dessert. An alternative way to prepare classic brownies even on vacation, the microwave becomes a formidable ally without affecting the quality and flavor of this delicious dessert! Dark chocolate is the star of this recipe, with roasted hazelnuts it forms an irresistible combination of taste and crunch.

Ingredients :

For a 9×9 inch / 24×24 cm baking dish:

  • 70g (1/2 cup + 1 tbsp) all-purpose flour (plain flour)
  • 195g (7 oz) dark chocolate (plain chocolate)
  • 120g (1/2 cup + 2 tbsp) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 15g (2 tbsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 120g (3/4 cup) whole hazelnuts, skinned
  • 120g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to prepare no Bake Microwave Brownies:

  1. To prepare microwave brownies first, melt the chocolate in the microwave. Pour the chopped chocolate into a bowl and microwave it a few seconds at a time, stirring until melted. Then transfer it to a large bowl. Also melt the butter in the microwave and add it to the chocolate. Stir vigorously with a licker and let cool.
  2. In another bowl, shell the eggs, add the sugar, a pinch of salt and beat with electric whips until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Add the melted chocolate 7 and beat again with electric whips for a couple of minutes. Add the sifted flour.
  4. Also sift in the unsweetened cocoa and work with electric whips 11 until the mixture is glossy and smooth. Add the toasted hazelnuts and mix with a licker.
  5. Brush a 24×24 cm baking dish with butter and pour the dough inside. Level with a spatula or the back of a spoon. Bake in the microwave at 350W for 32 minutes. The microwave brownies are ready to be served!
