Nutella, with its consistency and intense hazelnut and chocolate flavor, is the main ingredient that gives body to the mousse, making it voluptuous and full of character. Ingredients:
- 8.8 oz (250g) mascarpone cheese
- 2/3 cup (150ml) whipping cream (non-dairy for vegetarian option)
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
- 3.5 tablespoons (50g) Nutella®
- 1/4 cup (30g) powdered sugar
How to make NUTELLA and COCONUT MOUSSE:
- Whip the cream with the mascarpone and powdered sugar together, then divide into two bowls.
- In one bowl, add the desiccated coconut, and in the other add the Nutella. Mix each well.
- Alternate the two creams in small glasses or dessert cups, separating them with chocolate-flavored ladyfingers (or any thin chocolate cookie).
