How to make Nutella Paradise Brick Cake:

  1. Prepare the coffee with a mocha, or with a coffee maker. You will need about two cups.
  2. Pour the coffee into a bowl and let it cool.
  3. Prepare the cream of paradise: put the mascarpone in a bowl, pour in the fresh liquid cream (cold from the fridge) and add the sifted powdered sugar. Whip it all with an electric whisk until you get a cream. I recommend not whipping for too long, as soon as it takes consistency stop.
  4. Take a rectangular plate (tray) about 28-30 cm long and compose the cake.
  5. Start by laying two rows of four cookies lightly soaked in coffee on the bottom.
  6. Spread about 1/3 of cream of paradise on top, and add a tiny bit of Nutella, simply by helping yourself with a teaspoon.
  7. Continue in this way to make layers of: cookies dipped in coffee, crema paradiso and nutella, until the ingredients are used up. The last layer should be cookies.
  8. Once you have finished the layers put the Nutella Paradise Brick in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  9. At the time of serving simply remove it from the refrigerator and make the potions. For convenience keep in mind that each cookie can be a potion.
