  2. Now place the eggs in a small pan, cover them with water, season with 1 teaspoon salt, close with the lid and cook for 15 minutes to make them hard-boiled.
  3. Weigh 50 g of ginger with all the peel, then remove it with a knife and keep aside for a moment.
  4. Now pour a tablespoon of butter into a nonstick pan, add the cleaned and chopped ginger, add the sliced onion, stir and let it brown.
  5. Transfer the onion and ginger to a bowl, integrate the chopped spring onions, sliced cucumbers and zucchini (after squeezing them out of their water).
