Tiramisu paradise with coconut and white chocolate – mouthwatering variation…
Tiramisu paradise is a mouthwatering, fresh and easy-to-make dessert. A delicious and rich cream paradise made with cream, mascarpone and eggs embracing ladyfingers soaked in coffee all made even more mouthwatering by a generous sprinkling of coconut flour and grated white chocolate for a cool and creamy dessert that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients :
- 300g (10.5 oz) Savoiardi (Lady Fingers)
- 250ml (1 cup) Fresh liquid cream (Double cream/Heavy cream)
- 250g (8.8 oz) Mascarpone cheese
- 60g (1/2 cup) Powdered sugar (Icing sugar)
- 20g (1 tbsp) Honey
- 2 Eggs
- q.b. (as needed) Coffee
- 40g (1/3 cup) Coconut flour
- 50g (1.75 oz) White chocolate, grated
How to make Tiramisu paradise with coconut and white chocolate:
- Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
- Place the mascarpone in a bowl, add the powdered sugar, honey and whole eggs and beat with electric whips until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, place the refrigerated cold cream and whip it until stiff.
- Add the whipped cream to the mascarpone cream, mixing from the bottom up so as not to disassemble the mixture, until smooth and keep momentarily aside.
- Quickly dip the ladyfingers one by one in cold, unsweetened coffee and spread them in the baking dish.
- Top the layer of ladyfingers with half of the cream of paradise and sprinkle with the coconut flour and chopped white chocolate.
- Make another layer of ladyfingers and cream and finish with more coconut flour and grated white chocolate.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving tiramisu paradise.
