Ingredients:

  • 7 oz (200g) canned tuna in water, drained
  • 4.4 oz (125g) low-fat or high-protein cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard or mayonnaise (according to taste)
  • 1 handful of chopped chives
  • 1 roughly sliced onion
  • Pepper to taste

How to make Tuna Spread:

  1. Open the tuna can, drain thoroughly, and place the tuna in a bowl. Add the cream cheese and mix well.
  2. Roughly chop the onion and place it in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped, then add it to the tuna mixture.
  3. Add the strained lemon juice, chopped chives, mustard or mayonnaise, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well to create a smooth spread.
