- 120g (4 oz or 1/2 cup) orange juice
- Zest of 2 oranges
- 90g (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon) sunflower oil
- 16g (4 teaspoons) baking powder
How to Prepare Water Apple Cake:

- As you continue to mix, pour in the water, the strained orange juice and the seed oil.
- Finally add the grated zest of the orange and mix again. Now wash the apples and cut them first into wedges and then into irregular cubes, without peeling them.
- Also add the diced apples to the mixture 10 and stir with a marisa to incorporate them evenly. Pour the resulting mixture into a 22-cm-diameter mold lined with baking paper.
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 60 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick. Once cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool before serving your apple water cake!
